Hello

I am trying to access a company website via Cisco anyconnect VPN in order to access my own account but upon installing the software it requires login name and password in order to connect the VPN? I do not have any contract or third party account so not sure how I can use this service?

Please help

Kind regards

Hi

Not sure i understand your problem.

The screenshot you shared shows that you're trying to connect you a vpn network and that's why it asks for a user/password. In your screenshot we just see username but no password field.

These credentials are given by the company providing the vpn so what is the third party contract you're referring to?

Can you please explain what you're trying to do?

Thanks
Francesco

Hello and thank you for getting back

The site I am trying to access is based in Iran and it is official buying and selling shares and bonds. I have already registered with them and in the past had no problem accessing their site directly the website is www.armoon.exirbroker.com, however this website is not accessable from outside the country and we have to use VPN. The VPN which advised by the website tech team is Cisco anyconnect and they suggested I download the software and use this to connect. The Cisco anyconnect however needs login and password which I was told would be given upon downloading the software which is false. I therefore need to know is there any way I can use this software to connect to the server which they suggested to use ( rhabroad.com ). That is why when I try to connect it is asking me username and password which I do not have.

Thank you for your help

Saeed

Ok if they didn't give you the user/password to connect on that VPN, you won't be able to connect and Anyconnect won't help you in finding this info. Only the VPN provider can give you those info. Anyconnect is just a simple tool to build up the ssl vpn connection.

Thanks
Francesco
