Hi all. I've just changed to a new laptop (Surface Laptop Studio) which came with Windows 11 preinstalled. I'm trying to connect to my workplace's VPN with it but when I hit the connect button it starts the authentication process, then the window to login to the company pops up but only for a moment. It then automatically closes before anything loads. I then get the message "User credentials prompt cancelled."
Has anyone experienced this before or have any ideas about how to fix this?
