I have a S2S VPN Tunnel set up between Cisco ASA and Palo Alto.. when not in use the tunnel tores itself down which i believe is expected behavior .. is there any way this tunnel remains up 24/7 even if traffic is not passing ?

in ASA config the DPD this make ASA send keep alive message.
