Can't find current Software for ISR4431

The Cisco ISR4431 EOL page said software upgrades are available until August of 2025. But the latest version on software.cisco.com is almost three years old. How do I get current software?

Upgrade the router's OS to the firmware of choice and use the following command to turn the OS into SD-WAN:
