Cannot get past "User Access Verification"

Have a system that someone might have put a username/password on and I just need to reset and start from scratch.

Have an iOS on a USB stick, booted to rommon, booted off the .bin file on the usb stick, still picking up configuration from somewhere since it STILL asks for a username and I'm booting off a fresh image on a stick.

How does one get past this?

Hi @Joe2223 : have you had any luck with this issue? I am tftp booting fresh images but still having the User Access Verification issue. Thanks!
