cannot register 4331 router device with token

I'm trying to install my pak license on router what would be the steps for that?

If the router has Smart License enabled, the add-on license will need to be activated that way.

Again as you can see the licenses have been activated and added to my smart account! when I have followed the steps, everything is going fine until it fails because: "Communications failure with the Cisco Smart Software Manager (CSS M) : Unable to resolve server hostname/domain name" it is unable to resolve.

everything is registered in my smart account, I am at the part where I would need to paste the activation key in the router and get this message. I would like to know the steps to get this done.

I am trying to activate my licenses on the cisco 4331 router but the command - 

Router#license smart register idtoken is no longer supported. How can I register my licenses?

. license smart url default
. exit
. license smart trust idtoken (pasted token and at the end type all force)
