Cisco access point

My Cisco access point console is not responding in putty/Tera terminal and also can’t access it web interface?

what device , what model ? 

do u have any output at all ? what is your console settings in Putty?  What are settings of router console port (u can change those). Boot a device into a ROMMON/Switch mode and check settings;  If there is IP set up on device, u can try telnet to it. Check device documentation on how to boot to  ROMMON/Switch mode (password recovery doc usually have step by step)

The device is used one ,it has no documents attached to it
I have tried the ROMMON mode but no changes
The console is not displaying anything
