Just upgraded CISCO AMP client from version 6.2.3.10814 to version 6.3.5.11152. Have had reports during testing that some computers have had to reboot 3 times after the upgrade.
Know that we have skipped a few versions of the updates to CISCO AMP client, wondered if this might be causing the issue? Or indeed if there had been any other reports of upgrades causing a similar reboot issue. We are currently notifying the upgrade but not forcing a reboot as part of the deployment.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
