Myself and another administrator are confused about the Event Notification subscriptions and filters. I have created and saved my own event filter but when i subscribe to it and leave the page it resets is there a way to save it indefinitely? Also, is there a way to save and/or copy that custom filter so I can apply it to my other customers or do I need to create custom filters for each customer?
