Minimum Firmware on ISR4K for 16.9.2 IOS

Does anyone know or can point me to a doc.  that states what the minimum firmware requirement is on a ISR4K router  if we are going to upgrade to IOS 16.9.2?

Are you attempting to UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE?

I have hundreds of ISR4K that I all need upgrade. they are either running 3.x code with 15.x firmware or 16.x code running 16.x firmware.

Pick a version and read the Release Notes carefully.
The Release Notes will have a detailed list of what model is/isn't supported.
