Hi,
We need to integrate with cisco call manager APIs to get details like below.
• Caller number
• Caller location
• Time of the call
• Date of the call
• Caller name
Could some one help in with the steps to be followed to create test account - cisco account, api account, add/retrieve test data. We need to do a prototype to get above mentioned details.
