Cisco Catalyst DNA Getting Enrichment Data into ServiceNow

I wanted to see if I can get anyone's assistance with the enrichment data pulled into a new SN ticket from Cisco Catalyst.

I’ve created a few test incidents where I’m using a CI that is currently experiencing an Issue in Cisco.  However, when I enter my network user ID I’m getting no enrichment data and this error

'No enrichment information available for the given user'

These are the instructions I’m following from the Cisco Docs.

  • Enter a network user id and choose an event domain from the drop down.

Note: It is mandatory to enter a network user id, to fetch enrichment information from Cisco Catalyst Center. The user may choose an event domain if he/she is aware of the event category.

  • Once the incident record is submitted, when you re-open the incident record, the incident is automatically enriched with network context data, through REST API calls that were made to all the Cisco Catalyst Center servers that were configured in ‘Cisco Catalyst Controller properties’ table.

I’m assuming that my network user ID is what I used to login to Cisco with and the CI can be one that is experiencing an issue.  Can anyone confirm a valid test case to get the enrichment data into ServiceNow?
