I have a Cisco Firepower system setup and I am able to access the system internally with the admin credentials successfully. However, when I try to access externally using Putty/SSH I am not able to authenticate with the same admin credentials.
Looking online, it seems like SSH shell authentication needs to be enabled, however, all guides seem to only show how to do it on the GUI, this is an interface I do not have access to and I need to be able to enable this feature via command line, is this possible?
