Cisco Jabber ringing on users with AWAY status

Hey,

I'm a relatively new user when it comes to Cisco Jabber and there's something I don't understand and I'd like to hear from anyone else who might have had this issue, if you can even call it a problem...

The IT team I'm on uses queues and sometimes users aren't as patient as they should and when the queue gets to an absent IT operator they just give up.

I was wondering if there is something in place that we don't know about in order to make cisco jabber skip the member in the queue if the member has absent status enabled.
