Hello,
Installing firmware upgrade failed/stuck going from 8.3.2 to 9.4.2a (bug) https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwf43535
unlocked the terminal and set the kickstart and bootstart configuration back to 8.3.2 but unable to copy running config to startup config
FC-Switch# copy run start

Configuration update aborted: request was aborted
FC-Switch %SYSMGR-3-CFGWRITE_FAILED: Configuration copy failed (error-id 0x401E0000).
FC-Switch %SYSMGR-2-NON_VOLATILE_DB_FULL: System non-volatile storage usage is unexpectedly high at 100%.
FC-Switch# show system internal flash

/proc 0 0 0 0 proc
/sys 0 0 0 0 none

/var/sysmgr/startup-cfg 40960 4 40956 1 none

/bootflash 3292508 307392 2816200 10 /dev/hda4
...
Not sure if reloading the switch is the best course (firmware upgrade got stuck) or if there is a way to manually remove /mnt/pss/ files without TAC support (already reached out - no active contract (latest for new Aug 14 24). Concerned even after reloading the FC switch that the /mnt/pss directory will be full and be in the same state of not being able to save the running config or even booting images.
If this needs to be moved to a different board (instead of cisco software discussions) please let me know.
Any suggestions or help will be appreciated. Thank you!
