Does the Netcad Academy not have a cumtomer service support or ticket center? I've been trying for months and cant seem to find any customer technical support as ive been stuck on this AI Fundamentals quiz loading page for months. I cant even go on to the next module because the quiz results page wont load or wont let me refresh :(.
i even redid the entire module by signing up with ibm skillsbuild on their website but when i get to the same spot in the module it doesnt finish loading. I contacted IBM but they said since I started this via Cisco i have to complete it there and contact the Cisco support team however trying to find any help with this via Cisco has proved to be very difficult
