Cisco Packet Tracer login not possible / windows closes immediatly

Hello,

I have recently installed the Cisco Packet Tracer for a Skills for All course. When I start it, the login screen, where I can select either Networking Academy or Skills For All, closes immediately after a second or two. So I am not able to log in. When I try to click on the suggested option within this short time, nothing happens. It seems that this way I am not able to work on the offered tasks/exercises of the course.

My system is running Windows 11 Pro. I have spoken to my colleague, which tried it on his system too but he has the same problem.
