From within the report builder menu, I do not believe so.
you would need to have compliance enabled, and then build the appropriate config snippets. This is where you would define to check for either the presence of, or absence of, the parameters that you wish to check.
you must have installed the OVA with the professional option (and standard I think but not sure) to have the compliance option, which by default is unchecked.
