Hello everyone,
I am using an Extron SW2 HD 4K Switcher in an office with a Cisco Webex Room Kit. I have an Apple TV and HDMI Connection going to the Extron to the Kit. When I plug in my HDMI Cable when switching over to the new signal, the kit shows "HDMI/ Apple TV Disconnected" and will show the main touch panel screen and will switch to the new signal after about 8-10 seconds.
I updated the switchers firmware and nothing has changed, the switcher works fine by itself
The Kits Software is on " RoomOS 10.19.5.6 7cd166d6be0"
So now I am stuck wondering if there is anything I am over looking that is causing this delay in switching over the the new signal. Any ideas?
