Hi all,
This question is more for an actual Cisco rep.
I've ran into a bit of a dilemma here. I was in the middle of working on a replacement C220 M4 server and everything was going fine, but apparently, the entitlement expired and now I'm not able to continue since I no longer have access to Cisco software files. My question is, can anyone here assist me at least temporarily with software files to complete my setup? I understand if this cannot be done, but I thought I should ask. Thank you!

Do you know your Cisco account team? If so, reach out to them to see what they can do, either temporarily entitling you with TAC (there is a process for that), or publishing the s/w themselves on cisco.com for you to download (there is a process for that too). In return, they will talk to you about renewing your support contract.
