After trying multiple times Cisco Spark gives the error "Sign in again to continue using the app".
I am using Desktop version for Windows 10

I'm having the same problem. uninstalled Jabber and Teams. cleaned up the appdata folders in my profile dir, rebooted and reinstalled teams only, and still having the same issue.

Hi guys, I dont suppose you had any joy with this one? We are getting the exact same issue with a few users.

I have the same issue, using Webex Teams... Nothing I've tried has worked: deleting the appdata folder, reinstalling, etc
I am using Desktop version for Windows 10 - web version of webex teams works fine

Hello,
I have a user that is also have this same problem using Webex Teams. We've tried the following:
We uninstalled/reinstalled Webex Teams.
He is still presented with the following error message when attempting to log into Webex Teams: Webex Teams - Sign in again to continue using the app.
Closed Webex Teams & tried again.
Same error message.
We cleared cache in Chrome & IE.
Still same error.
Any help to resolve would be greatly appreciated.
