Cisco - Switch - Process - Licensing Auto U

I'm very new in the cisco switch world.

I have a Switch Modell C3560E.

With the command "show processes cpu" in privileged mode, I get a process named: "Licensing Auto U"

What is that for a process?

Where can I get more information about the processes from this device?

it is Licensing auto process as per I know, is this causing any high CPU on the device, since there are some bugs reported some models, if this is consuming more CPU, then let us know what is the version running, and post-show process CPU sorted to understand the issue.

What does this process? What's the function for this process? Is there any manuals for the processes on the Cisco Switch C3950E?
