Hello Together
Is it possible to upgrade a switch version at the first startup?
I don't want to upgrade the switch version after startup. I want to save time because I have to upgrade 350 switches that we ordered.

You can do PnP Setup with APIC EM - it detect the serial number and upgrade required IOS and also load the base configuraion ( Now DNAC also does the same work.

Firmware upgrading is automatic with Cisco Meraki switches when they are added to a network on first boot.
If they are Cisco Enterprise switches and are stackable you can probably setup a master switch with the right software. When you power up another switch plugged into the stack it should auto-upgrade its software.
It's reallt hard to comment further without know the model. For example, Nexus, Catalyst 2960, Catalyst 9300, etc.
Also do you have any Cisco management platforms installed like DNAC?
