As i came across some cisco article end of life notification for Cisco UC UWL and SWSS.
I would like to have some expert advise or reference links on below.
****Currently I don’t have SNT or SWSS for my UC infra
I have only perpetual license for Cisco UCL basic and enhanced license
Am planning to have to SNT and SWSS for my UC infra plus UWL license for jabber feature
If all these are end of life
What is the best practice to have Cisco Support ?
