Using the Cisco Unified Attendant Console on my desktop. When receiving calls after I double click to answer, find the person they need to speak with in the directory, right click, all options are grayed out but a few which blind transfer does not allow the person receiving the transfer to see the caller i.d. --- why are the options grayed out? Please help!
