Hello All,
I have HCI Infra and the HCI devices are claimed from cisco intersight connected virtual appliance. I already claimed intersight cva from intersight cloud portal.
I can only see the claimed devices from cva and how can i do to see this claim devices from Cisco Intersight cloud portal?

Hi,
This is an expected behaviour.
You should only see the intersight CVA claimed in your Intersight Cloud account. The HCI targets will remain in the CVA, this is what you’ll use for Day-2 Ops & management.
Intersight CVA is intended to work in this way. Most of Intersight’s functionality is replicated within the CVA with it having limited communication with the intersight.com cloud , in this way all communication between intersight.com and your on-prem targets happens through a single point: the CVA itself, rather than having individual targets communicating with the Intersight cloud service directly. This approach may be necessary when certain managed targets do not have direct access to intersight.com but can reach the appliance internally. Second, it allows organizations to exert greater control over what system details leave their premises while also minimizing the network traffic between the appliance and intersight.com (which may be desirable for remote sites with intermittent or limited internet connectivity).
