Greetings!license, software, accounts
We've had a lot of turn over and unfortunate events over the last year which has the licensing portion of our Cisco products in my lap now to figure out. Got a couple of questions and I'm hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.
From what I can tell there should be a primary account holder? If so, how do I identify that account for our organization and since they are likely not with us anymore how do I transfer ownership of it?
Speaking with my team it sounds like each of them have different access to different contracts/licenses and even different parts of the cisco.com website. Which may suggest that we don't have a primary management account and if that is the case how do I go about setting one up and consolidating all of us under one umbrella?
