I recently purchased the CML personnel license and got everything setup but the console output or session is too slow , it is displayed line by line like a typewriter and is making it really hard to work with it . How do I fix this ? Please help me I don't want to regret the $200 I spent on this .
Thank You !

Someone has mentioned refund; Karlo -CML group moderator replied with instructions; So, I know it is possible.
I don't have specific link but you can look inside CML group chat, see

what are your PC specs? how many and what images do u run when console is slow ? what do CML utilization resources tab show?
did you upgrade CML 2.0 to 2.1 ? Do NOT apply any system updates (CentOS core updates);
review https://developer.cisco.com/docs/modeling-labs/#!introduction
I think you can return CML within 30 days of purchase for refund.

My PC specs are Ryzen 5 3600 (6core, 12 thread) , 16GB RAM , 256GB SSD , GTX 1660 Super. Even when I run just one IOSv node the console output is too slow I tried even changing the console speed it didn't work . I had allocated 4 cores (8 threads) and 10GB of RAM I was using CML 2.1 .
How do I apply it for a refund I'm not finding any options in my order .
