couldn't access Configuration mode after upgrade router 43331

Please, I need help, after upgraded the device to version "isr4300--ucmk9.16.9.3.SPA.bin" the device request user name and password " didn't add users and password before" entered "user = admin, pass =admin" it's work but when access to config mode appear this message: 

Router#config t
This command is not supported

how to solve that, please.

That's because someone made the router to boot SD-WAN software.

yes I do that but I don't have any idea for the next step or the config, if you have any guide document for that ??

You need to talk to your SE/AM.
SD-WAN means an application configures and monitor the appliances. All you need to do is "point and click".
