Hi,
I'm working on a ring tone issue and believe we are affected by this bug CSCva82202. The issue was discovered in CUCM 11.5, I checked the fixed versionS and CUCM 14 is not listed. The COP file for the bug isn't available for the 14 version, I appended the link below. Can someone provide any direction for this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
