We currently run CUCM 12.5.1 and recently purchased a room kit EQ. I don't see a device profile loaded for this room kit model so I'm looking for advice on where to find a compatible device pack for just the room kits. I found the Room OS software bundle 11.9.3.1. but I also see a CUCM device pack upgrade cmterm-devicepack12.5.1 . Will the Room OS software bundle work to only upload the new configs for the room kit EQ so I don't have to worry about all phones restarting to pull their new firmware?

The same thing is happening to me, I have different model endpoint, room kit, room kit plus, room kit pro but there is no room kit EQ device.
My cucm version is 12.5.1.13900-152 and the new endpoint has RoomOS 11.9.2.4 c05310d8c51.
I have tried with the existing device profiles, but with none of them it registers.
Do I need to download a new device pack, which one would be recommended for my version of call manager that contains a room kit EQ profile?
Would it affect the already registered devices?

Finally we deploy a new devicepack and the new endpoint is recognized.
cmterm-devicepack12.5.1.19210-2.cop
We need to install this other file prior to loading the new device pack
ciscocm.enable-sha512sum-2021-signing-key-v1.0.cop
