We are currently facing an issue with the layout options during Zoom meetings when using a Cisco Room Kit in our Board Room. While testing the Zoom screen share feature, we noticed that the layout options available during a Zoom meeting do not match those available during an MS Teams meeting from the same wall panel.
Specifically, we are unable to find individual options for Grid View or Side-by-Side View. When the meeting is in a Side-by-Side view, multiple attendees are compressed into one large frame rather than being displayed in their own separate frames, as was previously the case (please refer to the attached image for reference).
We would like to know if it is possible to implement a solution that allows us to regain the individual frames for each attendee, similar to the layout options available in Teams meetings. Any guidance or steps to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.
