Download Room OS for Roomkit

Hi, 

How can I download the firmware from 

https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286322779/type/280886992/release/RoomOS%2011.9.3.1

It ask me complete profile but the link is broken

Hello @tnhoangphuc97 ,

if the link is broken from the pop-up message, go to Cisco.com, click on the icon with your initials and choose Manage your profile. Fill in the required details and save. Then try again to download. 

Edit: what I meant was in the upper right corner, click the link with your username/name

Thank you for helping me, but when I click on login at Cisco.com, this page is reload and not process to login page. So I can not login and fill information.

Try with a different browser. It should be working.

I think I've also seen this behaviour on cisco.com when you click on a link and the page that opens keeps on reloading to infinity.

I usually solved this situation by using another browser like suggested earlier.

Another thing you can try is to open the page in a private window - that also helped me on some ocasions.
