I hope you all are well.
I have been recently taken on the role of Supervising the email team for my business units.
We are running Unified Email Interaction Manager 11.0(1)
Emails are automatically being assigned to an agent upon her logging in without picking or pulling them.
She transfers them back but new emails are automatically assigned from the same queue.
I have not made changes to her settings and she claims she has not either.
How can I correct this to only allow emails to be assigned if she pulls or picks from a queue?
