Error when upgrading Cisco 2960c

I have upgrade several Cisco 2960s in the same branch office using the same TFTP server and image, however one is not working. Im going from 15.2(7)E3 to 15.2.7E(7) MD. Below is the output I get. The TFTP server is reachable and I was able to do 4 other of the same switches in the same environment. Thanks in advance everyone!

Some TFTP clients have issues with file sizes.  Try using TFTPd32.

2960C have a USB port.  What happens if you plug a USB flash drive (<64 Gb size) and use the command "archive download-sw /image /over usbflash0:c2960c405-universalk9-tar.152-7.E7.tar"?

As per the output you have 2 images in different versions on the switch, and you are running the 15.2.7 bin file as a boot image.

if that is the version you need to delete old files before you install to make some space : (below directory)

As suggested @Leo Laohoo  - you can use local TFTP, make sure the file in right patch to install.
