FTD and SSL Certificate

I am wondering anyone else has experienced a similar issue

I've uploaded our SSL certificate to our FTD via FMC by uploading a PKCS12 file, however it's been stuck on in progress for nearly a day. I did install a certificate a little while back but it didnt take this long and it was some what quick

We're using this certificate on our external inteface for our RA VPNs

Anyone come across this issue? We're running FMC 7.4.1 and FTD 7.31

There are two ways 

One is using manaul and othet using pkcs12  if yoh see issue with pkcs12 try manaul.

Manaul need generate csr.

Try this way if yoh want
