Help-desk Call Out after hours

I've got a help-desk extension of 6123 that goes to VM and a handful of notification devices during business hours get notified if there is a VM. If a user calls 6123 after hours it gets transferred to 7123 and goes straight to VM.

I've set up a transfer rule for "closed" on 6123 to go to 7123, which is our after hours call out and points to different notification devices.

 

Everything seems to be working fine except that both 6123 and 7123 get a VM after hours. Some one on the 6123 list can answer and stop the call but the 7123 list will keep going.


How can I set 6123 to not notify devices outside of business hours?
