The Cisco Smart Software Manager FAQ says:
Q. Can I deploy SSM On-Prem using cloud platform like services?
A. We have tested SSM On-Prem with Amazon AWS so there should be no issues.
The SSM software is provided as an ISO but AWS does not import ISOs directly. Do I have to convert the Cisco ISO to an OVA file?
