How to rectify when we put a wrong license name on routers

ISR4431 routers.

For ISR2 (router 2), it went smoothly.

For ISR1 (router 1), the onsite engineer by mistake typed the same file name which was used for ISR2. After that when he tried with the right file name for ISR1, it said file (license file name of ISR2) does not exist.

I feel reload will help. So, did license clear and reload.

No success.

Any suggestion?

E-Mail the license team and include the serial number.
