I need help with my Computer Network course work (Packet Tracer)

Hello everyone! I have a course work in computer networks due tommorow. My task is to make an address plan for 1 WAN network which consists of 4 LAN networks (2 routers, 4 switches, 25, 16, 10 and 6 computers in every LAN network) and then i have to implement it in packet tracer. The default IP address is 192.168.4.0/24. I made the address plan and then the

scheme in Packet Tracer. When i try to ping computers from the same LAN networks it works just fine, but when i try to ping pc's from different LAN Networks it just doesnt work. Here is my address plan and a photo of the PT network. I will upload the PT file also. I will appreciate it if  somebody can tell me where the problem is. Thank you in advance and have a nice day.

Simply Routers do not have IPs set up on LAN interface Gig 0/0 and 0/1.  Default gateway of PCs is the IP of a router usually, so simply add IPs of router to do inter-vlan routing.

Then I see you will use RIP. Here u must add version 2, and no auto-summary, plus advertise appropriate networks under RIP.
