IE-3000 Configuration Help

Hi everyone, I am trying to develop a new configuration file based on an old one from an IE-3000. I'm trying to reach out to CISCO technical support to understand certain configuration settings. Is the TAC the only way to do this, or is there another way I could get in contact with a Cisco expert for clarification?
