In Packet Tracer, can a router-on-a-stick config support 3 VLANs?

I am working on a project in Packet Tracer in which 3 separate VLANs, all using their own switch, are connecting into one router. However, I cannot get the devices from separate VLANs to ping eachother.

I have set up dot1Q encapsulation with sub-interfaces on one of the ports and have also set up sub-interfaces on the VLANs corresponding interfaces but that isn't working either.

How would i get devices across the 3 VLANs pinging across the router?

Hello vulcan406,

router is connected to switch one of the port right..!! that switch port must be configured as trunk...

interface fa0/x

switchport mode trunk

switchport trunk allowed vlan all

Still...you have problems...post the running configuration of router and swith or upload the lab file....

Best regards
