Inbound Call distribution

I work a company that uses Cisco Finesse V11.6(2). I am an agent that is on a CSQ. The CSQ has about 10 agents on it. How are inbound calls distributed to the agents? It seems that there is one or two people in the que that get all of the inbound calls. Is there some kind of trick to get more inbound calls to come to my extension?
