I am attempting to subscribe to /ios-events-ios-xe-oper:system-reboot-issued and /ios-events-ios-xe-oper:system-reboot-complete on-change with the following on a c8000v running ios 17.5.1:

While I get the 2605 event to report consistently when I run a reload. I never see the subscription 2606 system-reboot-complete when the device is back in service. There are no errors on the subscription noted, so I believe the subscription is correctly implemented.
Any suggestions?
