iOS upgrade for one my cisco catalyst switch ws 4507r+e. 7 slot switch

1. IOS for the current software version and whether this can be upgraded to the latest compatible version
2. If it can be upgraded, let us know to which version and the IOS for the compatible version
3. updraging steps for two switch.

now the switch is running cat4500e-universal.SPA.03.06.03.E.152-2.E3.bin

and one more thing i have two switches. And these switches are stand aline not in vss. Can you pls share me the link of upgradation of the stand aline switch. Pls note same switch which we are talking.

Please read the Release Notes, otherwise, find someone who can/will.  

The Release Notes have step-by-step instruction(s) on how to upgrade the switch.  If nobody wants to read the Release Notes, no amount of "please provide me a link" will help.
