IOS upgrade

Hello All,

I am planning to upgrade IOS on my routers. Given currently running and planning to upgrade version of software. Please suggest if I can upgrade directly from current version or need to go for a step upgrade. Also, please advise the latest version I am upgrading is acceptable or not.

You can go straight.
NOTE: Don't forget to upgrade the ROMmon.

Please suggest which would be the suitable ROMmon to upgrade. Current version is 15.0(1r)M13.
