I got a small question.
Some users, for example me. Are not 'on phone' when calling with the desktop version of Cisco Jabber. The status stays online. All other clients do work: When i use the jabber app or a real desk phone (cisco 7841) there is no problem and my status changes when calling.
I have compared everything on my desktop device profile in the call manager but cannot find it.
I also tried different client versions. (11.9, 12.0 12.5 beta 12.5 etc)
Does anybody know where the setting is or where the problem can be? i have the feeling its something really simple :')
