Latency Issue w/ Packet Tracer Lab

Hello, I'm currently studying for the CCNA and I took to packet tracer to make some of my own network maps, however, I seem to be missing some core idea with STP as the more complicated my networks get, the more latency and outright dropping of packets occurs. This is even while segmenting networks into virtual LANs which I thought would be no trouble at all for connectivity so long as I established functional & straight pathways to a router from a VLAN, that aren't too convoluted. I guess what I'm asking for is advice in getting 100% of packets to echo a reply, while maintaining redundant pathways in case of a network switch failing for the rest of my network below VLAN 10. This is the case for all of my VLANs in the file below, a PNG showcasing the issue.

PT is just a sim to simulate real IOS; it is not real IOS, not all features are included and those that are may or may not behave as real IOS or device (Cisco and other).   You can attach your PT pkt file here (must be in a zip format).
*Packet Tracer offers an effective, interactive environment for learning networking concepts and protocols.
Most importantly, Packet Tracer helps students and instructors create their own virtual “network worlds” for exploration,
experimentation, and explanation of networking concepts and technologies. *

Yeah I figured that might be a limitation but I'm not entirely sure, I just uploaded to the main thread with an attached packet tracer file for the lab in a comment to the main post.
