FPR11120 started from 31/08/2020. From that time we recieved license alert daliy.
I check and found one license unused. It looks clearly. The license not in using.Cisco Software Discussions,
From 01/09/2020,
I Create license support. Support feedback to me, To call sale. I followed and Call Sale, Sale support feedback to me, To call license support.
I try to call cisco hotline. who delivery my question to reseller. And then reseller shift the case again back to Cisco.
I am really confused which group should I sumbit the case to?
