Hello all,
macOS Sonoma & Sequoia (others not tested). Users in home office get an error while connected with CSC 5.1.4.74 via tunnel split to the company : "Da ist beim Teilen etwas schief gelaufen. Versuchen Sie es bitte erneut" - "There is something wrong with sharing. Please try again".
The users have to disconnect the VPN to get files (sometimes also messages) through. Immediately after disconnecting CSC they may send files or messages in Teams again.
Is this a known issue? Share Teams and CSC same libraries?

Sounds like the split-tunnel need some improvement. Would be like the traffic to Microsoft should be locally but is going inside the tunnel.

Thx Flavio. Sounds obvious. I forgot to mention, that we have a Cisco Socket Filter active (Could that be the culprit?). (No Cisco Umbrella etc). I will talk to our Network team, about your suggestion.

One remark more: Users on Win10 or Win11 have no problem with Cisco SC (same version). This means, that it would be an argument against your suggestion, that the firewall is the culprit.
